Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by the Participant

If you wish to cancel your registration, please note that the fee is non-refundable as per our Refund Policy. However, we ask that you please inform us via WhatsApp at +91 8700842252 or email at manthanexcellencecollective@gmail.com if you will not be attending so we can properly manage venue capacity and seating.

2. Cancellation or Postponement by Organizers

While we strive to execute all events exactly as planned, Manthan Excellence Collective reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or make changes to the event due to unforeseen circumstances, acts of God, or situations beyond our control.

• If the event is completely cancelled by us: A full refund of ₹1,500 will be initiated to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
• If the event is postponed: Your registration will automatically be transferred and remain valid for the new, rescheduled dates. If you cannot attend the rescheduled dates, you may request a full refund by contacting us at manthanexcellencecollective@gmail.com.
