Refund & Return Policy

1. General Refund Policy

All registrations for BHAKTI – The Divine Movement Experience are final. Due to limited seating and the upfront costs of organizing the event, the ₹1,500 registration fee is strictly non-refundable once payment is successfully processed and your spot is confirmed.

2. Non-Attendance

If you fail to attend the event on the specified dates (18 & 19 July) for any reason, no refunds or credits will be issued for future events.

3. Ticket Transfers

While tickets are non-refundable, they are transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person. You must notify us on WhatsApp at +91 8700842252 or via email at manthanexcellencecollective@gmail.com at least 24 hours before the event starts, providing the new attendee's full name and phone number.
